Biography history: During apartheid period ,Venda homelands had an independent government (Republic of Venda) under the governance of Khosikhulu vho Mphephu Ramabulana. it became re incoporated to become part of South Africa in the early 1990s .As a result the Venda Government enacted its own laws and adopted some of the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
